Lina Calabria
Bellroy

Lina Calabria is an engineer and business leader. She is Co-CEO and Co-Founder at Bellroy, leading with a focus on shared learning and development, considering alternative perspectives, and applying care and attention to all facets of the company, the people within it, and the wider world around us. Throughout Bellroy’s growth, Lina has held the roles of CFO, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, and COO. With 20 years’ business experience growing and improving performance, Lina has established her ability to foresee emerging opportunities and problems and proactively capitalise on or forestall them. Prior to Bellroy, Lina worked as a management consultant with clients such as Australia Post, Royal Mail and Pfizer. Regardless of the industry, Lina’s goal is to understand and optimise a business’s fundamental drivers and to track (and act at) an organisation’s most important leverage points.

Jesse Todd
EncompaaS

Jesse Todd is a global technology leader specialising in governance technology solutions for enterprise and public sector organisations across the world. Jesse spent a decade working for some of the world’s largest financial services companies including BT, Deutsche Bank and ABN AMRO. Jesse was head of group technology at the Royal Bank of Scotland where he was responsible for technology across all the non-trading functions for the company, including compliance-based solution. Jesse is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive and Managing Director of compliance software consultancy firm Information and SaaS-based cloud compliance platform, EncompaaS, which have offices in the US and UK, servicing a global client-base of enterprise companies and public sector organisations.

James Warburton

James Warburton is a world-class senior executive with vast expertise in the media, marketing and advertising sectors. Until recently, James was the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Seven West Media after being appointed in August 2019. In this time, James has restored the Networks balance sheet, drove digital to 50% of earnings, divested assets and integrated Prime to create an unbeatable National Network leading both ratings and revenue share in the market against major competitor, NEC. From January 2018 he was Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of APN Outdoor. He led a significant transformation and turnaround at the company and departed in late 2018 when APN Outdoor was acquired by JCDecaux for a record-breaking valuation of 12.9x. James also personally invested in Shopper Media Group (5%) which was owned by its two founders and Fortitude Investment Partners. When divested, the company was sold to Woolworths for $150m. Before his appointment to APN Outdoor, James was the CEO of Supercars for five years. During this time he drove significant growth in the sport and delivered unprecedented broadcast, sponsorship and funding deals for Archer Capital, leading to an exit in 2021. James has also held senior leadership roles at media buying company Universal McCann, the diverse media organisation Seven Media Group and the television company Network 10.

Mike Larsen
Studiosity

As Chief Executive Officer of Studiosity, Mike balances a global growth strategy with the demands of delivering a quality online, AI-powered, academic support service to over 1.8 million students across 5 continents. He has led the Company since 2014. Prior to joining, Mike has spent over 15 years in management, including five years in the technology sector based in Boston, Massachusetts where he was a Senior Director with global employment marketplace, Monster.com. Mike holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and completed an MBA at the University of New South Wales, where he won the AC Nielsen Prize for Strategic Marketing. He was selected for the international exchange program to the prestigious Dartmouth College in New Hampshire and now resides in Sydney with his family.

Dave Hyman

David Hyman is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lendi Group. A passionate serial-entrepreneur, with a unique skillset that spans across corporate strategy, technology, product, customer acquisition and operational excellence, David has spent the majority of his career conceptualising, building and scaling businesses across a number of industries. Over ten years ago, David co-founded Lendi, one of the fastest growing fintech groups with a mission to change the way Australians get home loans by disrupting the status quo in the mortgage market using technology. Today, David is the Co-Founder and CEO of Lendi Group. Comprised of two brands: Lendi and Aussie, Lendi Group is the leading branded distributor of home loans in the Australian market.

Amanda Chase
Future Super

Amanda Chase is the Executive Director of Customers and Growth at Future Group. A highly accomplished business leader with a wealth of experience spanning diverse industries and positions. Her background is growth-orientated, achieved through product development, the creation of new acquisition channels, and strategic partnerships. Amanda has held a range of leadership roles, from General Manager of Marketing at REA Group to positions at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Mazda Australia. She has played a pivotal role in fostering the growth of a successful scale-up, comparable in size to Future Group.

Roger Burgess
Cloudwerx

Roger is the Chairman and co-founder of Cloudwerx, the APAC regions number one Salesforce AI partner. He is a Non-Executive director at Novigi, PRP Diagnostic Imaging, O’Connor Marsden & Associates, Senior Advisor to IFM Investors Private Equity team and an Executive Advisor at Zoom. An entrepreneur and executive, Roger has 20+ years’ experience in the technology industry where he has operated within Education, Private Equity, Facility Services and Technology sectors.
Roger has a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Marketing and a postgraduate Certificate in Internet working from the University of Technology Sydney. He is an executive member of YPO Sydney Pacific and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Nikki Warburton
CVC EC Advisory Board

Nikki has over 25 years’ experience in Senior Executive roles with a strong track record of delivering tangible business results across a range of industries from automotive, advertising to subscription TV. Nikki was most recently CCMO at Audi and is currently a Board Director of the GWS Giants and Executive Patron on the Taronga Zoo Foundation.  Nikki has been instrumental in defining and building brands, digital transformation, designing a customer centric product or service, managing customer and advertising communication and shaping culture. Nikki is extremely passionate about building high performance teams and developing talent.

Matt Brown
CVC EC Advisory Board

Matt has over 20 years’ experience as a senior executive, board member, adviser and investor. Matt is the Founder and Managing Director of Alluvion Capital, an independent investment and advisory firm focused on scale-up technology businesses. Matt is a director of four high-growth technology companies including ASX-listed Wisr Limited. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Livetiles (a high-growth, ASX-listed global SaaS business) and Division Director with Macquarie Capital in Sydney and New York. His experience spans venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
